We are currently seeking a HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing multiple HR functions primarily focused in Benefits and Payroll. Coordinates new hire paperwork and employee status changes, administration of employee benefits, and assists with payroll backup.

Essential functions of the job:
1. Works with HR team, Benefits Broker and Vendors to review and design Benefit plans and options. Oversees the plan design, meetings and communications for annual benefits enrollment.
2. Work with employees to complete new hire paperwork and enter into the ADP system. Also responsible for reviewing and entering all employment status changes submitted by Managers to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements such as FLSA.
3. Serves as payroll backup. Expected to process 1 payroll per quarter.
4. Works with HR team on the recruitment and on boarding of new employees.
5. Develops and maintains various reports and documents to provide current personnel information, hiring statistics and HR metrics; identifies opportunities for departmental process improvements and makes recommendations, establishing best practices.
6. Assists with coordinating company events, and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor Degree or Five years experience in HR.
2. Experiences (work or education): 3-5 years experience in Human Resources Field. PHR/SPHR Preferred.
3. Characteristics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees. Strong ability to lead change.
4. Skills Needed: Experience with Benefit Plan Designs, related State and Federal laws preferred. Microsoft Office. Previous ADP experience- HRB, Payroll and Time & Attendance.
