At SmartPractice, we all strive to make a lasting impact in the community we call home. In 2004, our compassionate team members created the SmartHearts Committee. It provides and maintains employee programs that assist one another and the community in times of need. From developing an Employee Emergency Pantry Drive to creating SmartScramble (our annual charity golf tournament to benefit Give Kids A Smile Arizona), the committee is diligently working to impact more lives within our community.
