Position Summary  


This entry level Associate Sales Specialist will learn how to help the company meet monthly goals through managing and growing an assigned account base by using consultative sales techniques. They will be trained on up/cross/suggestive selling complimentary/focus products, and processing orders timely, accurately and at a profitable gross margin.   




*The ideal candidate will have the desire to advance in a Inside Sales role within 1-2 years.  






- Monday thru Friday (No weekends) 


- 8am to 5pm 






- $13.50 hourly base 


- Monthly and Annual Bonus potential 


- Total compensation is around $40,000 annually  






- Completion of new customer on-boarding, inbound lead generation follow-up, and additional special projects as assigned by Sales Manager 


- Connect with assigned B2B customers for reactive follow-up and occasional proactive follow-up utilizing various communications tools (phone/fax/email/text)


- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to reactivate customers and generate incremental sales


- Gain knowledge of sales department processes to recommend standardization and streamlining opportunities


- Manage and grow account base through retention and cross-selling of products and services






- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred  


- Minimum of 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred   


- Customer service oriented, goal-oriented, highly motivated and competitive  


- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
