Job Description

Position Summary
Our Creative Coordinator role is responsible for managing projects within our creative department by ensuring scheduling and materials distribution is on time, proofreading, some copy-writing tasks, and administrative support tasks.




- Ensures efficient and accurate coordination of healthcare-focused digital promotions, catalogs, and new products by following established production processes and meets scheduling guidelines 


- Works with copywriter to maintain high-quality brand messaging through proofreading, website/blog content, social media posts, and other copy projects 


- Collaborates with multiple leaders and departments, including the Creative Services Specialist, Creative Services Manager, Design Team, and Marketing Team to meet objectives and deadlines, while staying on budget 


- Assists with design tasks, including but not limited to design edits and creating social media images using Canva
- Supports department administrative tasks, including but not limited to ordering office supplies, photo shoot/video support, concept development and event scheduling/set up 






- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related industry preferred 


- Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating projects and/or assisting with creative production in a fast-paced environment required 


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required 


- Good attention to detail to provide accurate and consistent work 


- Knowledge of direct mail/print production helpful
