Job Description

Our Customer Support Specialist supports our B2B personalized product division. 

Schedule

- Monday thru Friday (8a-5p)

- Once training completed, flexibility to work from home a couple days per week is available.

Responsibilities

- Process orders and answer account or product inquiries via incoming phone calls, email, and other inbound channels

Review orders generated from website to confirm all information for release

Effectively communicates by phone or email with internal and external partners when challenges arise or to ensure accuracy 

-  Completes typesetting edits; alter the customer’s logos/artwork if needed; Layout the information in an appealing way following the correct format and templates

-  Accurately and consistently process the continuous flow of work orders in a fast-paced environment to meet the service level agreements in place

Follow processes for typesetting a job, proofing, and sending the final job to manufacturing

-  Work closely with internal team and sales personnel to ensure accuracy of orders being fulfilled

Qualifications

-    Order entry experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred

-    Good telephone and email techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills

-    Successful history of learning new topics and skills quickly

-    Offset and digital print concepts a plus

- You have excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
